These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you request, book, or receive cleaning services from Cleop-Le Cleaning (“Cleop-Le,” “we,” “us,” “our”), or when you use our website. By booking a service or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in Winnipeg, Manitoba and nearby areas. The scope of each visit depends on the service selected and any written/confirmed details (for example, your checklist, add-ons, and special requests). We may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope.
Quotes may be provided based on information you share (size, condition, number of rooms, special tasks). If the actual conditions differ materially from what was described, the final price or required time may change. Any additional work outside the original scope (add-ons) should be approved by you before we proceed.
Payment terms will be confirmed at booking. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at completion of service. We may accept common electronic payment methods. If an invoice is issued, it must be paid within the timeframe shown on the invoice. Overdue balances may be subject to reasonable administrative charges where permitted.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Same-day cancellations or no-access/no-show situations may result in a cancellation fee to cover reserved time and travel. Any applicable fee will be communicated clearly.
If something was missed within the agreed scope, please notify us promptly (ideally within 24 hours). We may offer a touch-up/re-clean for the affected areas at no additional cost, when appropriate. This does not apply to issues caused by new mess, third parties, or areas/items excluded from the scope.
We take care in your home or workplace. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear-and-tear, or fragile items not disclosed in advance. Please report any concerns as soon as possible after service. Where required, we may request photos and a description to review the issue.
The website is provided for general information and booking/contact purposes. We may update content at any time. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operation.

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
